We dig into what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities are. By the end of this stage, we'll have a clear project scope, a realistic timeline, and a plan we both agree on.

Before we design anything, we map out the structure of your website. What pages you need, how they connect, and how visitors will navigate from landing on your site to picking up the phone or filling out a form. This is where your brand comes to life on screen. We design your homepage and key interior pages with your colors, fonts, imagery, and messaging so you can see exactly what the final site will look like. You'll have the opportunity to request changes, and we'll go through as many revisions as needed. Nothing moves to development until you're completely happy.

With the design locked in, we build your website on a private staging server so your current site stays live and untouched. Every page is built to be responsive, fast, and optimized for search engines. Content goes in, forms get connected, analytics get configured, and everything is tested across devices and browsers before you ever see it.
You'll review the staging site and provide content feedback.Review & Launch
Before we go live, we do a final walkthrough together to review every page, every link, every form, and every detail. We don't launch until you say go. Once you give the green light, we handle every technical detail so the transition is seamless.
